Strange Fruits Triangle 2017 "Digital Performance"

Live interactive sound and video mixing

Strange Fruits Triangle, can be summarized as the correspondence between the visual arts, digital media and music. The realization of Strange Fruits Triangle refers to a certain number of interrogations stemming from the history of the black diaspora. Even if the title of the work evokes a song by Billie Holiday of 1939 that questions violent racism suffered by American blacks who were victims of lynching and were hanged from trees, interestingly the artwork beckons a questioning that refers to a certain delusion and complexity in the Caribbean popular cultures.
